Celebrating what our students achieve
Exam results, performances and milestones from London MADA students — and the recognition our teaching has earned along the way.
Academy honours
Recognised on the national stage
London MADA's founder and director, Nimai Walcott, was named the ABRSM & Classic FM Visiting Music Teacher of the Year in 2023, collecting the award on stage at the Royal Albert Hall.
The award recognised work with students in school settings — the same approach every London MADA teacher now follows through our two pathways: the Academy Pathway for technical progress and the Artist Pathway for creativity and musical identity.

Student honours
Our honours roll
Every term we celebrate students who have passed exams with Merit or Distinction, reached a new grade, or performed for an audience. Students appear here with their family's permission.
Your child next?
Every honour starts with a first lesson
Every student follows a clear pathway from their very first lesson, with exams as milestones along the way — never the whole curriculum.
